Alyssa Chavez is a Functional Nutritionist and Performance Coach who helps ambitious women overcome painful periods, hormone imbalances, gut symptoms, and fatigue so they can rise into their full potential and live out their biggest dreams.
Her work blends science, strategy, and soul—bridging functional testing and nutrition with mindset coaching, emotional release, and yoga and meditation practices.
Alyssa’s mission is simple yet powerful: to help women stop feeling held back by their bodies so they can step fully into their place in the world. She believes that when health becomes a source of support rather than a barrier, women can lead, create, and thrive at the highest level.
Her passion for this work comes from her own journey. In her twenties, Alyssa lived in constant pain with endometriosis, battled fatigue and gut issues, and endured an eight-year struggle with infertility.
Her health limited her career and dimmed her dreams of starting a family. Determined to rewrite her story, she began integrating functional nutrition, lab testing, emotional release, and mind-body practices.
The results were life-changing: pain-free periods, freedom from gut symptoms, renewed energy, and, most powerfully, conceiving her rainbow baby naturally at 36 after years of infertility.
Now, Alyssa brings her experience and expertise to women who are just like she once was: high achievers with big goals who feel stuck in cycles of pain, PMS, low energy, or digestive distress.
Many of her clients arrive frustrated and exhausted, unsure if they’ll ever feel like themselves again. Through her integrative approach, Alyssa helps them find lasting relief: pain and symptom-free cycles, thriving gut health, steady energy, and the freedom to fully pursue their goals.
Alyssa’s professional background reflects her commitment to both depth and breadth of knowledge. She is a graduate of the Nutritional Therapy Association, Restorative Wellness Solutions, and the Funktional Nutrition Academy with Erin Holt. She is also a certified yoga and meditation teacher with over 15 years of experience, and a trained Life Coach and NLP Practitioner through Yager Training. This unique blend allows her to address root causes on every level—physical, emotional, and energetic.
In addition to her private coaching, Alyssa is the host of the Aligned to Rise Podcast, where she shares practical strategies, personal stories, and expert interviews to inspire women on their health and empowerment journeys. She has also been featured on podcasts including Hope Natural Health Podcast, Feel Better Be Better, Green Living Gurus, and The Wellness Project.
